gladly refund your money, exchange the item, or issue you a credit

packaging and with all accessories within 14 days of purchase to qualify
for a full refund, exchange or credit. Please note that Notebook PCs,
LCD projectors, PDAs, Digital Cameras and opened software with their
original packaging and accessories cannot be returned, but, instead may
only be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
